Gel manicure was excellent! Was able to get a last minute appointment and am very happy with the results.
they did a HORRIBLE JOB. I have bumps in my acrylic nails from them, and not only that the nails look chunky. The acrylic they used stung so bad , and i now have cuts.
I gave specific instructions on my eyebrows because I have a scar that separates the hair. I told the lady before wax even touched my face I like them thicker not too thin and please keep hair above the scar. Midway through she shows me in the mirror and everything looked good. She decided to remove the hair because she said "it look better" and after I was done and I saw them she just kept repeating "it look better" over and over. I don't care what you THINK looks better that's not what I asked. I ended up with thin eyebrows to say the least. Never again.
Someone recommended this salon to me. I went yesterday and I had the worst experience. On my way to the appointment, I broke a nail. It broke off below the nail line. I mentioned this when I arrived. Before I knew it, the technician started cutting my nails very quickly. I could see that they were cut very short right down to the nail lines. She had cut all of my nails to match the broken one. The tips of my fingers were very painful. I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm beyond unhappy.
terrible experience. dip is supposed to be removed at the beginning of each service and i was made to seem like i was causing problems for requesting a soak off and was charged extra for something that is part of the service and only when i mentioned going to a different salon did she make any effort. my friend and i both got the wrong shape and length (she ignored me when i asked her to cut them down) and overall extremely disappointed. don't waste your time go somewhere else. felt like a hostage.
