I got a gel pedicure and it was nice. It was a little weird to see they didn't use a cover for the pedicure bath. What pushed me to create this review was the price for dipped nailed. For just the dip it was $40. I would imagine included in the price they would trim the excess cuticle since they're already buffing the nail. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this just rubbed me the wrong way... also the dip got under my nails and on my skin. $40 is just too much for this quality of work. I hope in the future they can mention the cleaning of the nails is extra.
They are very fast and do such an amazing job! Plus they are nice. That's hard to find in any other nail shop in El Paso. Very satisfied with the service they provided.
Love love love coming here! I always get what I ask for. They are very welcoming, knowledgeable and the ambiance is very nice. Tons of powders to choose from. They always have plenty of staff on hand for pedi's which I enjoy because who likes to wait. 10/10
Not impressed w/my pedi! I asked the young lady to apply a clear coating on my toes, she said they don't use top/ clear coatings @ their shop. When I questioned their dip process & then declined, they got pretty offended. You don't mix gel products w/dipping products, vise-versa. Should of read the reviews before trying this place for the first time. Personally, I recommend going elsewhere
So i usually always go here to get my eyebrows done. But i let only one person do that. She's usually lazy so i knew when i got there and she was just sitting on her phone she wasn't going to get up. Needless to say i had someone else do my eyebrows and she literally took a huge chunk of the front of my eyebrow out. I knew she was nervous because her hand was shaking but my dumb ass always gives people the benefit of the doubt. Wrong decision. I'm so annoyed right now fr like i should've just said something and made her stop. I knew she was gonna mess up
