Been there at ocean nail on pelícano, I don't know why people are like that. Ive been there 5 times and they always charge 10 dollars more of what they say! Pedicure they told me 30 charged 40 nails 55 charged 65 when I had ask how much. I got very upset when they charge me because it's always the same thing they charge more than what they say maybe they use to that and people don't say anything but I did get upset and they didn't care and don't respect the price they give you! If you don't speak up they keep doing it
Awwwwwful experience. I've been getting my nails done here for 6 years and the service lately has been SO bad. The new guy that did my pedicure was so rude and did a terrible job. The lady that did my nails was sweet but, my manicure was super bumpy and my dip powder had a dent in it where you could see my actual nail and she just filled it with clear polish so there's just a hole. The past three experiences I've had have been awful. I do not recommend at all. I was charged $105 for an awful manicure and pedicure.
Ok so I stopped here by recommendation and because it is so close to my house. I'm in LOVE. The staff is amazing and the services are great!! The ocean pedicure is my go to - it includes scrubs, lotions, massage, citrus in the water and callous remover! They bring everything out on a tray and present ration is everything y'all!!! It's 35.00 and so worth it all!! The manicure also includes a hand massage and the staff is so good with how well they do gel polish - it's even and close to the cuticle. My last mani and pedi easily lasted 3 weeks. I have never had to wait and even when it gets busy they do all they can to get to every person in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of the ones they are already working on. Love love love this place!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've gotten my nails done here four or five times before the same way, I walk in there this morning and the guy that owns the place ask me what I want I tell him " Gel pink and white ombre short. He then laughs I ask him why hes laughing and is that a problem? He says while chuckling "oh I dont know you just want too much" I have been getting my nails done since I was 14 and gave never walked into a nail shop (especially one that I've been to 4-5 times) and have anyone say that to me. I tell him Never mind I'll take my business elsewhere. This place does good work but the customer service from the male owner was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced.
