Galaxy Nail Lounge in Southern Pines, NC

I found Galaxy Nail Lounge 1115 old US Highway Southern Pines on Google search because I wanted a lash technician.  I called the Lounge the receptionist was professional and got me scheduled for a 4:00 pm appointment.  I arrived at 3:55 receptionist checked me in and informed me that the technician was finishing up with another client.  I was seated in the front of the Salon. The environment appeard clean and comfortable quite.  At 4:07 the receptionist informed me that the technician was still working with a client (OK things happen). At 4:27 I  was informed that I could go to the back the first room on the left. I followed instructions meet the technician in the hallway she instructed me to lay on the bed she would be back. I did not because I wanted to discuss my requested services.  She did not come back into the room.  I began to look around.  The bed had two folded bamboo Matt's on top of a dirty dingy bed cover. I raised the paper up from the head rest it was dirty and dingy.  No one ever came into the room.  At 4:35  35 minutes after my arrival I walked out of the room where I found the technician standing casually chating with what appeared to be 2 other coworkers.  I preceeded to the front desk informed the receptionist that I have been waiting 35 minutes for a scheduled appointment and no one had entered the room or said anything except her. The technician said she was ready. I said no you don't want my patronage and I walked out.
I waited to long, but I was trying to give them a fair chance.  I'm so glad I left. If they clean the nail station like they keep the lash rooms some one is going to get injured.  Next call to public health.  Consumers do not have to accept unclean environments, and they shouldn't. The filthy room did it for me.

Best pedicure I've ever had. TJ did a great job. Fast walk-in service and very pleasant.

Came for a pedicure with my mom and was left disappointed. We both chose an upgraded pedicure ($75) and the gentleman who did mine was not attentive. Very half assed. The massage was basically him stroking my leg while he was watching something/someone else. He also kept moving my foot so it was touching his crotch which made me feel VERY uncomfortable. He also did not prep my nails at all prior to painting them. I still had regular tan nail polish on the edges of my nails from where they were previously painted. No cuticle care was done either. Overall the quality for the cost was not worth it but that is not the main reason I won't be back, his constant adjustment of my feet so they would be touching his penis is the number one reason I won't be back. Women beware!

Went here yesterday, and spent 4 hours getting a basic manicure and pedicure. The woman doing my nails destroyed my cuticles to the point my fingers burned all night. My pedicure was subpar at best. The service cost over 120 bucks, and honestly I wouldn't mind paying that if the service was good but it wasn't at all. I suggest finding another shop to save your cuticles and the headache

Rio was amazing! He did such a wonderful job and was so friendly. I would definitely love to go back again soon next time I visit Pinehurst!
