I was incredibly disappointed with the dip. It looks messy and rushed.

I called three days in advance to make an appointment for a dip and a pedicure. They were twenty minutes late even taking me back to soak off my nails. What is the point of making an appointment?

The way they remove nails was interesting because they soak your nails in warmed acetone. The fumes are strong but it seems like a more efficient way to remove old dip. If you are sensitive to acetone on your skin, you may dislike that. I'll count it as a plus.

I asked the nail tech twice to change the shape of my nails. She did not ask for feedback and it was clear she didn't care because one or two of my nails were shaped okay but the rest didn't match, so it wasn't that she was incapable, she just didn't want to take the time to do it the way I requested. Leaving, I have dip all over my cuticles and on the skin around my nails. My nails don't match and are incredibly large for the size of my hands. The top coat didn't even cover all of the nail so part of the nail is shiny and the sides are dull. I could've done a better job myself.

The pedicure was better. Kevin gave a long massage and the massage chairs are the nicest ones I've ever experienced in a nail salon. Kevin also cut my nails short the way I asked. The oils they use with the hot towels smell really nice and Kevin kept looking at me while applying pressure to make sure it was the right amount and to confirm the temperature was ok. If you want a pedicure, I would recommend him, but avoid getting dip here unless your hands are very large or you don't care how they look.

All in, it took more than 2.5 hours to get the worst dip job I've ever received and a pretty good pedicure.

I came for a mani/pedi on the recommendation of a friend.  I had Ben, who gave one of the best pedicure massages I've ever had! My gel manicure was good.  I had a slight chip on my thumb with the day after, but they promptly fixed it for me when I returned.  I recommend giving this place a try. It is clean, quiet and relaxing.  There are 8 pedicures chairs and 4 manicure spots.  I will be back again.

Clean, cute spot! My toes and nails turned out great! Only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is because the man who did my pedicure (there are 2 guys I saw that day), was actually pretty rough  like the filing of my toes hurt, my foot massage hurt, and it wasn't really pleasant. Again, the end result looks great but he was just a tad too rough.
