I called ahead for 4 pedicures and they were able to get us in 30 minutes later. The service was attentive and welcoming! Loved the pedicure, they do have massage chairs and plenty of options of colors too. I will be back!
We did not even make it past the receptionist. She was rude / unprofessional to the point that my mother and myself walked out. I've been in customer service from 16 to now, I'm very understanding with all things customer service.I will not return to this establishment because of how my mother and myself were treated today
After having a hard time understanding what she said (due to mask) she decided to mock us under her breath & mid sentence while trying to understand what we were saying, answer the phone.
This is an upper management level issues, the front desk needs assistance to provide customers with a better more welcoming experience.
Joseph did an amazing job on my nails. The Salon is very new and CLEAN, lots of space that you don't feel like everyone is on top of you. I found it relaxing and stress free. Great experience
Called earlier in the week for a Saturday appointment but was told they do not do appointments for Saturday but walk in. She said we open at 9:00. So here I am at 9:00 on Saturday and I get asked do you have an appointment. I was told they don't come in until 10:00 can you come back. No, I can't. I worked my schedule around this. It didn't seem to bother the gentleman that was there too much either. He just continued with his customer. While I sit in the parking lot writing this another customer walked in but came right back out shaking his head.
