Don't worry about telling them how you want your hair cut, because they'll just cut it how they f*#king feel.
My husband took our boys in for trims and asked for trims and they all but scalped my son! He wanted to be able to style his hair. We've asked for finger length on top for the past 17 years and it's always been where you can run your fingers thru it and style it. That ain't happening for about a month. He's glad he has a hat with him. I am so angry!! Never going back again. They have no clue how to cut hair. When my husband said dang that's super short she blamed it on the shears. Well the shears have to have operators in order to work!
So it is Saturday at Noon.
For the five chairs they have, only two people are working. The line is backed up and they don't keep a list so you just have to wait in line.
The women working the chairs are dismissive and unenthusiastic.
It is probably why they work here and not a better establishment.
Today we went to have my grandson 's hair cut. We walk in and the stylists name was Nicole. She was very unprofessional. The woman was very hateful to my son and grandson. My thought was I should let my son handle it. When she finished I had my grandson come to me so I could have a look. The back of his head looked like a roller coaster track! I asked her to fix it she became very defensive. She said he probably wouldn't be still. He's 7 he doesn't wiggle like a 2 yr old. This time she had to deal with grandma so she went into the back room and had a co-worker fix her mess. I don't think she had the skills to fix her mess. Either stay away from there or get a different stylist. Nicole is a blonde with a bob haircut middle aged and very hateful,
