I've been here several times, they're nails are usually good, but they never stay on for more then a week. I recently went with my sister to get our nails done, I got acyrilcs and they are falling off just 2 days later, and the same day The tip of one had no color on it. They charged us 122$ for nails that won't even stay on for more than 2 days.
Customer service is very bad, the lady that was next to us waiting had an appointment at 2:30 for manicure and pedicure and they told her that she can only do one. Not only that but made her wait almost an hour and had people that scheduled at 3:00 go before her. Not only that they didn't know what they were doing while doing my nails made them uneven and didn't fix them at all after I asked and the design I asked for wasn't right and didn't look like the design I asked for.

They make appts and when you call to reschedule they don't answer. My girlfriends in Oregon bought me an 80$ gift card for my university graduation, and I don't have time to schedule as I am busy so walk ins when I have time are what works best! I went in this morning (literally at open. Then open at 10 and weren't even there until 1015) to see about a quick pedi. No one else in but one woman getting a nail set done, and she couldn't even squeeze me in so I asked for the gift card to be refunded and she straight up told me no. Didn't mention this to my girlfriend that they were non refundable. So now they get to keep $80! Just keep it with no services done. This place is a joke and management is horrible.
I arrived (without an appointment) at 2:00pm. The lady told me that if her 2 o'clock did not show up she could do my pedicure. They did show up so she told me to come back at 4. I returned at 3:50. She was doing another pedicure which it appeared she had just started. She knew I was returning at 4 because I told her I would yet she obviously did not make the other customer wait even knowing I was showing up at 4. So I waited and she told me to pick a color and take a seat. At 4:20 I walked out. She did not offer for me to sit in a pedi chair so my feet could soak. Nothing! I like to support local businesses but they have lost me as a customer.
