Foxy's FabuLASH in Ludington, MI

I've gone here twice and both times the service has been phenomenal! Maria is so friendly, accommodating, and professional! The service is extremely relaxing that I've fallen asleep before. My lashes have turned out beautifully and were reasonably priced for the such amazing work. I have very short natural lashes and these extensions have replaced the tedious work of applying false lashes everyday (and the inconvenient and untimely occasions where the corners of the false lashes would come undone). These extensions have made getting ready easier and they make me look & feel amazing!

I like this place . The first time I got the lash perm it was so beautiful and made a difference the second time it worked but was not as curly and you couldn't even tell I had it done also they do give you some castor oil for your lashes but I always refuse it because it's in a vial that leaks but it's free with service so you can put in a different container when you get home .. anyways my last experience was so sad so I haven't gone back in a long while but I still plan to make an appt soon because I think its always best to give small businesses another try before I really decide to stop going there ...there's another place that does lashes and they are more cost efficient but I haven't tried it yet

Really friendly staff, went above and beyond even when they were closed. I saw their light on and knocked on the door during a lash emergency and she opened her door and her heart and fixed my lashes even when she was holding a private party. They place is super cute and they were super friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Foxy's is fabulous! The owner, Maria is just wonderful. She takes the time to talk to me even though she does not do my lashes. She worries about her customers and will try to make them feel better. She is one of the nicest people that I've ever met. Nicole, who does do my lashes, is a beautiful person inside and out! She does such a wonderful job on my lashes! The place is decorated so very cute, and if you can find a speck of dirt in the building, I would be very surprised. You do need to call for an appointment for the first time, but after that they give you their card, or call the business, and they will return your call. Mostly everyone just makes the next appointment before they leave. I can't say enough wounder things about Foxy's or their staff! :)

There are few places I REFUSE to support. Foxys fabulash is one of those.....difficult to contact as there's always an answering machine. When they do contact you, it's without a message, so you call back and get an answering machine...yet again. FINALLY got an appt Drive 25 minutes, and the door was locked. No one in sight. Left a message AGAIN and Rachel(?) calls me an hour later rudely letting me know she cancelled my appt because I yes, left a message saying I'd take an 1-1/2 if available. I asked her if she was the owner as I'm certain the owner wouldn't appreciate her treating a client this way and she said she's been with foxys for 5 years and never a problem. Well there's a first for everything. I wouldn't give this business a dime of my money. Good luck foxys. If you weren't in Ludington, and the only one providing lash service, you'd FAIL. BAD news travels fast.
