Don't waste your time or money! The couple that run the salon (the only two that work with customers) are never friendly, complain about other customers while you get your nails done and are out worldly rude at times. I had gotten a fairly decent dip manicure a few times with Trina, so I made another appt., but Lee did my manicure. He hurried through it so fast, he painted several nails to my skin, which tore my skin and ruined my manicure when I tried to remove it. I was sure to schedule with Trina after that even though she made a few of my cuticles bleed at one visit. What was I thinking! I had an appt. that I rescheduled. a few days later I got a voice mail from Trina so I returned the call. She literally yelled at me saying I missed my appt that morning. I tried to tell it was for the following week, but she would not listen to me and just kept yelling. I wonder what the customers were thinking?! Getting your nails done should be a pleasant experience, so I recommend going somewhere else. I sure will!
I have always gone to Lakeshore Nails when on vacation in Ludington for my pedicures. I wouldn't say the owner/operators give me a warm welcome, but they do a good job that lasts. I call ahead to make an appointment so I don't have to wait.
it was pretty good except for the fact the guy said I couldn't do any design so I ended up just getting blue nails with glitter and see were only $30 so I think that was pretty good for the price and other than that it's a good place and I'm going there in about a week I recommend it
Great place to have a pedicure. Went to other top rated place in Ludington and I'll never go back after coming to Lakeshore. This is the best place around. They listen to you, give great pedicures and they don't complain about other people while they work! how refreshing! I was so relaxed both times I was there. Love this place.
Love coming here when on vacation! Always do a great job, helps if you call ahead and make an appointment as they do get very busy in the summer time
