Foxy Nails LLC in Happy Valley, OR

Woke up next day with a big painful bump. Had to squeeze puss out of my toe. Pedicure felt rush so they can move onto the next one.

Beware getting your nails done here. I went there last Wednesday with my daughter to get pedicures. They ladies were all nice but I got the guy and he kept digging on the side of my toes and later that night my big toes were oozing with infection. I had to go to immediate care to get meds for the problem. My mom also had a problem with him lifting up on her toenail which later fell straight off.

I don't even know where to begin... I walked in and asked if they take walk ins. They said yes but to come back in 15-20 min. I come back 25 min later and I was told to wait a little longer and to pick my color while I waited. I spent a few minutes picking my color and was told to go place my feet in the water. I was sitting with my feet in the water for exactly 44 minutes before they came to work on my feet. My water got cold twice and they just refilled it instead of starting on my feet. The lady who did my feet was very thorough getting the callouses off my right foot but not my left.
They all do an absolutely poor job. They purposely don't have prices listed anywhere so that they can charge people higher prices. When asked for an estimate, they make up numbers at the top of their heads and then change it to be more expensive than they told you when you go to pay. It's SO expensive too. Paid $140 just for a full set and their "deluxe" pedicure. Feet should never cost $70 that's nearly double what I paid when I last went to this location and $70 is also what my full set cost. It was extremely sloppy they didn't even take off my hang nails on my hands or the extra skin growth around my nails before applying the acrylic tips crookedly. My nails were extremely rushed. The lady called someone to tell them she'd be picking them up in 30 min. Sorry but my full set shouldn't be rushed in under half hour because you have to leave. Don't accept another client if you have to leave and don't have sufficient time to take care of them because nice nails takes time. Their "deluxe" pedicure is literally only hot towels left with a bag on your feet. No hot wax or hot oil. My shellac has bumps all over the place and my pinky toe nail was cut to the point it's non existent when I told her it was already short in advance so she didn't cut it. They don't listen to you and I should've have paid $140 for feet and a full set. Never again. Stay away! You've all been warned.

I've been going to Foxy Nails for the better part of 20 years. Nina and the crew are terrific. Nina runs a tight ship. Clean. Tidy. Organized. Tina's my girl!  Always a pleasant friendly experience!

HORRIBLE AND I MEAN HORRIBLE SERVICE!

If you're looking to be sufficiently pampered this is NOT the place for you. Staff is overwhelmed and the service is underwhelming. I could've spent my dollar somewhere pleasent and up to code with their daily sanitation practices.

Upon arrival I was rushed to choose a polish they then sat me down at a pedicure bowl (which wasn't clean). I sat at that bowl for an hour and twenty-five minutes. The water was cold for the duration of that time and no one checked to see how I was doing.

Once the pedicurist finally decided to service me (after letting three walk-ins go before me) he didn't greet me. Instead he abruptly grabbed my foot and began nipping away at my cuticles, which hurt like crazy! He clipped and buffed into the sidewalls of my toenail then yanked the skin that was still connected to my toe--OUCH! Why am I (a paying customer) being handled this way?

**Sidenote: It's probably a good idea to ask if someone's diabetic before going all Edward Scissorhand on their toes.

I payed for a deluxe pedicure but rather received a couple strokes with a pumice stone, cuticle wounds, lotion, and a bad polish. There's gel polish under my nail and on my skin. The polish is uneven and streaky. As I left he didn't say "thank you" or "come again." Quite frankly, they treated me with little to no professionalism. Very rude, very dismissive, very much so a waste of time and money.

I won't be returning and will let friends, family and those of you on Yelp who heed warnings that when it come to Foxy Nails...RUN FOR THE HEELS! SAVE YOUR SOLES!
