I don't know her name(long blonde hair) but not only was she not friendly she had on her winter coat the whole time. She cut my hair dry then shampooed. She went to town on one side and now my hair is shaped like a box. When I asked her about services she said she didn't know what I was talking about. She then proceeded to be Uber friendly to the next person(male) offering him a beer. The worse haircut I've ever had and I don't think I can have an immediate fix!
I came here recently to get my child a standard haircut. I asked the stylist if he could go without the bib. No salon I've ever been to has taken issue with this and they have happily accommodated me. The stylist told me that this was "against the law" and proceeded to have an attitude with me. In the moment. Sh made me feel awkward so I offered to just take my kids place and get my hair cut for the appointment. She proceeded to absolutely butcher my hair. Was it done out of spite? I don't know. My hope is that Bishops will talk to its employees and enthuse the need for a) accommodating people with special needs b) being polite and courteous to customers.
I drove 45mins for an appointment only to be greeted by a woman who looked at me like a deer in headlights. Apparently, they checked someone else in under my name. After addressing the confusion the person returns with a concerned expression. Immediately, I could tell she didn't want to do my hair. I told her if she wasn't comfortable she should tell me now. No, she's ok. She then goes to the back to see if they have the color. She returns and tells me she has bad news; my color is out of stock. No offer for an alternative color because she had zero desire to do my hair. I do not recommend this location for those with textured hair. So many failures and missed opportunities for service recovery.
