Supercuts in Happy Valley, OR

Wade, I believe his name was, did my haircut.  Simple and short men's cut.  Its hard to explain but the moment I looked in the mirror at myself I was surprised.  It was a noticeably better haircut that I usually get.  Nice work!

I've been coming to this location for about 10 months now, only once did I get a bad cut from the person on duty.  It has been a wonderful experience ALL the other times until today.  I wanted the back trimmed up to the hairline and the sides an equal amount off as well; the bangs cut to just over my eyebrows.

The back came out beautiful, but she only cut about 1/4 inch off the sides and my bangs are crooked.  I had to argue with BOTH women there about drying my hair..I did not want it styled, only figure dried  they were going to change me $10.00 more for that!  I have never left there with wet hair before and there has never been a charge!

I wanted to use the dryer to dry my own hair to be sure the cut was right before I left (I have always been able to do that before).  I felt bullied by both the women there for wanting to be sure the cut was correct.

I left with semi dry hair, dry hair down my back and a wet shirt.  When I got home I finished drying my hair and removed all the hair that had gone down my back...low and behold, the bangs are crooked and the side too long.

Now I will have to take time out of my day and money out of my wallet to get this corrected when it would have been so easy to to while I was already there!

It was anew person cutting my hair, and the person in charge really didn't know the policy but was willing to bully me into taking what I got lumping it and top top that off she (the person in charge) was just answering the phone at the salon in July, not cutting hair....so she was fairly new too!

I'm not sure they will ever see me again... at 71 I do not tolerate bulling of any kind and that is what they were doing...bulling me into accepting more charges and paying for something I didn't ask for!

Shame on you Supercuts...I guess you are not so super!

Sorry but, this was the worst hair cut I have ever had. Choppy, uneven from side to side. I'm sure Marlena didn't even look at the photos of what my hair should look like that I brought to her. I would stay away from this place. And they over charged for what you get.  And to top it off, it was a cold and unfriendly place. And to top it off, she sprayed me with a texture spray and it felt like I had a glue helmet on. Very, Very unhappy. Stay Away from 82nd Supercuts in Clackamas.

The two girls working were very friendly and I got in very quickly for being a walk-in, but the haircut itself was not good. I did not notice it was uneven after the girl finished cutting it because she left it sopping wet. I was literally ringing water out of my hair onto the floor while my boyfriend got his hair cut. After I got home and my hair was dried, I brushed it out and noticed that one side is literally half an inch or more shorter than the other side. I'm going to go back in tomorrow and have it fixed. I cannot believe that the girl did not double check that it was even before taking my money.
