My experience started as a pleasant one, Liz reached out and scheduled my appointment for this past SATURDAY for 1:15PM, we spoke in great detail that I needed a simple trim to remove the dead ends, shampoo and blow out. Time and price was agreed upon with a stylist named Nazz; then the nightmare began. I arrived early to the salon for my appointment, I proceeded to go to the front desk to check in but it was empty, I'm guessing the only employee that works the front desk is Liz and she was not there for whatever her reason was. Not a soul in the salon spoke to me as I walked around looking at the products confused until some lady asked me why I was even there in the first place, I explained Liz made my appointment personally and I was told to SIT AND WAIT. I did until well after my appointment time, I returned to the empty front desk where I assume NAZZ loudly told me I'm running late, not I'm sorry I'm behind today please give me some time and I will have you in my chair, he proceeded to walk upstairs and have the same lady tell me he wouldn't be seeing me today and rushed me to the door. I reached back out to Liz and her problem problem solving was to go to "A BETTER STAFFED SALON" WHICH I WILL DO, I WILL NEVER SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR at flaunt. I am disgusted with how this establishment treats new clients. I will make sure to let all my friends and family to never go. Plus my following on my social media platforms. Nazz not only did you seriously mess up you lost a very handsome tip because that was my only day off between work and doctors and I haven't had my hair done in years. I will mention this to every salon I go to as well seeing that you clearly do not care about your position in this industry. I honestly wouldn't even give one star, that's way to generous for that dirty under staffed establishment. DO BETTER NEXT TIME.

Great service and atmosphere. Everyone I have seen here has been great. Super responsive front desk and very flexible with scheduling. Best cut and color!

I went to Flaunt for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. They did an excellent job on my hair and were very kind. They also really seem to know their customers, which I find cool. I would definitely recommend Flaunt to get your hair done. Amazing place. Also, I had Naz and they were awesome!!!

I've tried a few of the stylists here, and ALWAYS left looking amazing and feeling happy. I have my favorite, but everyone here is great. It always feels friendly and inviting, unlike some salons where you feel judged the moment you walk in the door. Highly recommend!
