Veronica cut my hair the way I like and listened to how my hair lays and looks. I made an appointment on line, so little wait. Nice clean shop!
I'm only posting this review because I was down the street at a competitors and I got into the store five minutes before check-in, and I was supposed to be the only one there and I was supposed to have a one minute wait. It took 25 minutes and they took two people ahead of me so I called Supercuts down the streetand she said I could come down and wait and the haircut was $19. No thank you, I'll cut up myself

What's the point of booking and confirming an appointment only to arrive on time and be told there are people in line ahead of you. Not just one person but 5 people sitting and waiting. I guess receiving a message or phone call would be too much to expect. This was my first & last visit to this business.
