She is my number one go to for nails, lashes, and brows. She is so friendly and down to earth.

I wished I could give zero stars! I called ahead and was supposed to have gotten an appointment. I get there and had to wait. Then I stated I wanted dipped nails and was given acrylic nails instead. I don't care for acrylic nails as I find they are too thick and don't look and feel natural. The nail tech was more concerned about getting me done as quickly as possible instead of doing them correctly. None of them are the same size or shape!

The staff at Fashion Nail Spa are very friendly and welcoming! When I go, I see Ti, and she does an amazing job. I get dip and gel and her work is simply the best. The nails never chip or break or catch my hair and they always look better than I could ask for.

I came here for the first time Monday morning and got a dip manicure (no tips) and chrome. I paid almost 70$ including a tip for only nails. By Monday afternoon my nails were chipping and the top coat of chrome was peeling off in large pieces. I called disappointed and he said to come back in and they would fix it. Due to my work schedule I could not come in till this morning. By this morning, only 3 days after, 4 nails were completely off and the rest broken or matte - as the top coat of chrome had completely peeled off. When I came in this morning I simply asked for the nails to be removed. After being asked multiple times, I finally folded and allowed him to put gel on my nails - thinking it was compensation for the 70$ manicure that lasted 3 days. However, I was still charged for the service and instead offered a student discount of 10%. This is extremely irritating as I was a student three days ago when I came and paid full price. As previously stated, I'm a student. I can not afford to spend almost 100$ on my nails in one week which is why I stated multiple times - "I only want them removed". If I had known that I was going to be pressured into paying for another service - I would have removed my nails myself and never stepped in there again. Not to mention - even after paying, every single one of my nails is a different length. Over all, I will not be returning, recommending, or telling anyone anything positive regarding my experience. The pink nails are the original nails - the picture was taken less than 24 hours of having them done. The red nails were done today- and while they look great.. not one nail is the same length as the other hand.

This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had in my 43 years. I have not ever left without tipping - even on some sub par pedicures, however this was so awful I didn't even want to pay at all. Never will return. It's graduation weekend and my normal spot was packed. I should have known when they were empty.
