Looks are definitely deceiving when it comes to Nail Bar. I used to go there, they really sell you on the aesthetic. The final time I went, I sat for over an hour waiting to be seen despite having an appointment. When asked what the issue was, they were incredibly rude and made me feel uncomfortable. The lack of accountability was mind blowing, as if it was my fault that they overbooked. A simple heads up would have allowed me (and others who were also waiting) to run errands or walk around the square. After another 15 minutes they put me in a pedicure chair only for me to wait another 30 minutes. Before actually being seen. No apology. **I want to clarify I know this stuff happens - sometimes even with appointments - but again it was totally unprofessional to allow people to sit there without communicating they were running over an hour behind. After that, I stopped going and found a reliable, amazing salon in town with talented nail techs for a FRACTION of the price. I'm talking... tips, dip and design for around $40 total. So I guess I should actually thank NB for saving me a ton of money in the long run :)
Had an appointment at 4pm, they called and changed it 2 then called a couple hours before and asked me to come in 30 minutes early. I've now sat here for an hour and still have yet to be seen. Ridiculous
Nice nail salon. I've been several times for a pedicure. I always feel like it's clean, they do a good job, and the people are nice!
