Fantastic Sams Cut & Color in Washington, MO

I've never had someone who works in a customer service position be so rude to me for literally no reason. I asked a question about how the waiting list worked and the woman said "do you want me to add you to the list or not?" I decide to wait. There's no where to sit because the waiting area is full and the chick just walks away. So I ask if I'm able to sit in one of the many empty salon chairs and she just looks at me then ignores me until I repeat the question when she then just gestures somewhere behind her. I'm so confused what her problem is, but don't get a job working with people if you hate them and yourself THAT much! I will never be returning to this location and advise anyone else to avoid it as well.

Wendy gave me the bet haircut ever.  Would have given salon 5 stars, but for the fact that they couldn't process credit cards and I had to wait around 1/2 hour after she was finished in order to pay with my credit card.  Another customer was in the same boat.   Salon said I could go to ATM at nearby store (but I would have been charged a fee).  They could have offered another alternative.

I like to start by saying there are some very talented stylists at this Fantastic Sams but unfortunately, if you aren't careful ,you'll be very disappointed.
My daughter saved up her money to go in for a brown to blonde ombré.
For full disclosure I must say she did have a green hue to her hair from swimming and she had old faded color as well ,but isn't that why you go to a salon?  
The hair she left the salon with was not an ombré. It was the exact same color at the top as it was when she entered the salon and there were two blonde streaks (she has a swing bob) on the front of both sides. The back was a red orange. Think Ronald McDonald only more orange than red.
I'm writing this review for a few reasons but mostly to let people know to NOT LEAVE A SALON until you get satisfaction. Ask for a mirror to see the back. Insist on a toner if you feel you need it. Sometimes managers aren't immune to making mistakes.
We toned her hair with toner from Sally's to fix the orange and it's at least fixed enough to not wear a hat.
This is so sad that a professional couldn't see that orange hair was not what was asked for and didn't try to fix it. So disappointing and loss of two customers. Regular customers.
I started with a positive and I will end with a positive. I know there are a couple stylists here that are very talented and I once had a bad haircut experience here and the owner was wonderful about making it as right as he could and that's awesome.
Remember, ask for a mirror and if it's not right do not leave until it's acceptable.

Every girl here does a amazing job. Haircuts colors etc. They have the best prices around and get professional ladies.

Don't go here unless you want to punish yourself. I went for a color and a haircut. I was told the color was going to be strawberry blonde, it is a auburn color. The haircut is another story I told her that I wanted what they call chopped layers so the ends would stick out not lay flat on my head I also told her that I wanted my hair length to be    below my shoulders. She said she knew what I wanted. Well she lied she didn't know a thing. She didn't cut my hair the way she was suppose to. End of my hair touches the back of my neck and the ends don't lay like they were suppose to. My hair looks like a medium length bob and I hate it. I tried contacting the manager no response and corporate won't respond either. Please if you love your hair stay away from here.
