Took my daughter here for a haircut and poor thing cried all the way home! They totally butchered her hair, she now look like she has a mulle! the front and sides are way longer than the back.
I took my mother in for a trim/cut. She is 84 and asked for an "old lady" cut. Layers on top and a bit shorter in the back. What she got was a high top fade or a bowl cut! The back and sides were clipped so short you could see her scalp. The top was fine but the rest was just short of a buzz cut. I drove in from Raleigh to take her there and needless to say we will find somewhere else when her hair grows enough to fix this mess!
Called today to see if my 6 year old could get a quick trim but online the wait said it was 3 hours. They were able to get in her with the manager, Jen, within 30. minutes so we jumped on it. Jen did a great job on my daughter's hair and it was great to hear about all the precautions they have in place. They mandate masks, took our temps, replaced the plastic on the keypad for the credit card reader after I used it. People aren't allowed to sit in the waiting room and the chairs are perfectly spaced out. Absolutely no complaints. We will definitely be back.
