Soaked my feet in water for an hour, no jets or anything just plain water. The guy that was going to do my feet would come by and set up. Took him about 30-45 minutes to attempt to set up but was on the phone and watching TV. Went in at 5pm & left around 7 with nothing but my foot swollen. The water was boiling hot and after I told them it was hot they just giggled and attempted to fix it by just turning the water off. When I said I was leaving the lady noticed how swollen and discolored my feet were and starting to insist I stay but it was so late & I had already been there 2 hours. She even put oil on my feet after I told her no. I didn't pay for anything as I got nothing but my feet are in pain ever since leaving there & I had my time wasted. So disappointed
This place is horrible. The advertised price for gel polish was $16 and up. I had regular nail polish on not gel. I end up paying $30 for a gel polish... she said $15 for the polish and$15 to remove polish. They will never get another penny and the nails are ugly.
Nail tech was awesome and did an excellent job on my nails; he took his time listening to what I wanted and was expert in fulfilling those requests for shape, color, and care.
My only complaint is that the water for my pedicure was a bit cold: that was not very relaxing; I believe the girl may have been new. However, overall I'd come back.
Very professional and friendly services. I have been happy with every pedicure and nail service I've had. With their appointment option, I am seen in a timely manner. I would recommend this salon to anyone.
My daughter and I got charcoal pedicures. It was great! I'm definitely coming back. They took us in quickly, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent.
