I went to this salon on Saturday. I spoke with the stylist, and was in the chair as we are discussing pricing for what she is about to do. With the length and thickness of my hair in mind, the cost quoted for my hair was going to cost between $150 and $175. I explained to my stylist that my budget maxed at $200, and I wasn't willing to spend more than that. We were in agreement that the services would not exceed my budget. When it came time to check out, I was charged $300 for my hair. I was floored. When asking how it would be $300, and expressing I had a budget and any additional charges should have been discussed or mentioned, I got rude remarks. The cashier repeats that will be $300. I spent over $300 to get my hair done, when originally being quoted $150-$175. Had I known this price I definitely would not have gone. I walked out $300 less with hair I didn't want and am not a fan of. To make matters worse, what we discussed for my hair was not even close to what I walked away with. Very disappointed in the overcharging, and the rudeness and inability to accommodate the originally quoted price.

They took us immediately of course following all precautions. The stylist was very gentle with my mom who has Alzheimer's , she made her feel at ease which I was so grateful. My mother loves her new hair. Everyone was nice as professional. Salon was clean and cute. It's her new go to salon
New to the area and really need a new salon. Got a great cut and blow dry with Rebecca. Nice, thorough wash. Cut looks terrific. Blowout has body, not flat at all. A big plus is their later hours, was able to book a same day appt for 6:30 pm. Will definitely be back.
Been going to Christina for 9 years. She has done such a great job with cutting, blow drying, and coloring my hair. She has a busy schedule so if I'm not able to schedule with her, then I'll book with Kelly; she has also done a great job with cutting and blow drying. I have very very long thick, straight hair that i am extremely protective of. These two girls are extremely talented and experienced! I live in Manhattan and I don't go to any other place for a haircut, enough said!
