Went for a manicure yesterday and unfortunately I got the mean one ! I don't know her name and with having to wear masks well you get it . I feel as though someone that looks like me pissed her off she was rough with the filing and no talking to me just her fellow technicians made me feel uneasy to say the least ! Last time I was there ( this is why I'm writing this ) in the middle of my gel manicure she got up and the male owner had to finish, that time as well she was rude ! I swear I've done nothing to this women but pay for my services and tip her 20 % needless to say no more for me I can certainly find a place that treats customers better than that .
Third time here. Nail tech cut me twice, none of my nails were even, clear bubbles in between the red color I chose, and just overall rude. I spoke to the manager who immediately told me I was wrong and she didn't agree with my complaints, eventhough, she NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY HANDS, cuts and all. She then proceeded to call me a liar as I explained it was my third time there and didn't expect such unprofessional service, but, because she personally only saw me twice prior she continued to call me a liar and then had the audacity to match the rudeness of the nail tech that "helped" me. I shouldn't of paid.. THAT'S HOW BAD THE SERVICE and my nails were/are. Beware and find some other place. Horrible quality, service, and attitude. Way to many nail salons to deal with this. Save yourself the heache.
This place it great. Harry does a great job with my nails and they last forever. Everything is very clean and they sanitize everything. This is def my go to nail salon
