I've been taking my boys there for a few haircuts and we usually see the same woman. I believe her name is Chan. We went in the other day but she wasn't available so we let someone else cut their hair. This is what happened to my sons hair. I recommend waiting for your preferred stylist if they're busy. Don't take a chance on someone you don't know.
I had an haircut from a russian woman I think name Ela or Ala sloppy job and at the end she ask me 3 times for a tip.....Tip for what????? Avoid a place like this is not worth a fake penny especially that woman. After I ear from a friend that the same woman did a super sloppy job by ruing her dress with the hair colors.... not even a " Sorry" but she again ask for a tip. She should be expelled from that place because she damage the reputation of all other workers
Definitely a top notch salon, the staff is professional, to the point, and I had a great experience with Yuredea today, first time using a salon in upstate NY, definitely worth time and effort!
I don't know about the other experiences people had here, but I love coming here specifically for Alla. She's a complete sweetheart who puts in the extra effort to give you a great haircut with real warmth and friendliness.
If I could make it 0 stars I would. I have very short hair and just needed a quick trim. I walked in and sat down waiting my turn. 20 min go by and another customer walks in and they just take him with no appointment. I let it slide because possibly they did not realize I was waiting. Another person walked in and they did the same thing. I am now there 45 min and I explained my frustration. They said I would be next and when finally someone was free they would not take me because they had an appointment they were waiting for. Same goes for the other 2 woman there. So my less then 2 min haircut and 45 min into waiting I just walked out and stated i was not coming back. Now I need to find a new place to go to. There is no organization at this place and no sense of urgency or proper business conduct.
