my hair was dyed Black, when I was told he would be using a chestnut brown. paid $100.00 for the worst hair color I have ever had.
the lighting in the salon is very bad so I couldn't tell just how bad until I got home. I called the salon the following day to set appointment to have the color corrected; next I quickly received a text from the person that had ruined my hair that read " sorry you were disappointed but I doubt that I can correct the color". Wow!! this is how Fantasia treats their customers. this place is the WORST.
Dayne is an amazing hairstylist! He listens to what my goal is for my hair and always exceeds my expectations! He also does a wonderful job with hair color. I've never had anyone else do my hair as good as he does! He is funny and friendly as well! Just an all around great experience!
