I have been going at this salon for while with great results, but unfortunately the availability for appointments are zipped! They don't return your calls if you can leave messages!...or even have their service off to leave messages. Very frustrating, I have been waiting for weeks to book with anyone there.
I have been going to Desired Effects for cut and color the last 3 years. My original stylist (Jamie) left and I'm now with Katrina. I cannot say enough about how I love the color, highlights, lowlights! I take a picture of a style I like and she has no problem giving me that cut. I have a lot of very fine hair so I'm sure it's not easy to work with. The salon is always clean, and has a happy atomosphere from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend Desired Effects and Katrina.
