This place was referred to me by a friend. I admired her hair and she recommended a stylist. I've tried calling now at 3 different times and days, and no one answered. Number one rule for a successful business: the phone should be picked up by the 3rd ring, if they are shut down, if they are busy they should have a recording. Otherwise, that is laziness, or they need a receptionist.
Recently moved down here and needed and new stylists and was referred to Krystal by my mother.. In the past I've had bad experiences with hair cuts with my curly hair, but Krystal listened to my vision and helped make adjustments and i couldn't be happier with my results. Can't wait to go back and get some highlights done for the summer.
Brought my mom to this salon as a referral for highlights, a root touch up, hair cut, and a blow dry. Couldn't be happier. Breanna was the hairstylist. She did a fabulous job. Lots of attention to detail. Love it.
The lady with the hat.. Terrible job.. Got my hair cut in 3 minutes, I told the lady if I knew she would rush me like that I would have waited for someone else and she replied 'I didn't rush it, I just cut hair really fast'. I hate to see one person ruin the reputation of a whole store.
Got my hair trimmed and deep conditioned by Bre and she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair and answered all my questions on how to keep my hair healthier. Thank you Bre you are the best!
