The overall experience was just ok, but I was taken aback when it came to the bill. They added an extra $15 on top of the glitter powder cost, which seemed excessive. The dip probably cost around $50, yet they charged $80 for gel with glitter, which felt unreasonable. Additionally, they charged an extra $5 just to draw a heart on one nail, which seemed absurd to me. I expressed my surprise to them, as they hadn't informed me about the extra charges for glitter beforehand. It's essential to ask about the total cost before starting any service, as there was a lack of communication on their part.
I have no words... went in for a basic manicure, no polish, and left looking worse than before I arrived!!! $25 for this is absolutely insane. I went in with no polish and even nails. All it needed was some cuticle maintenance. I'm not sure if the man was new but please properly train your employees before allowing them to work independently! For such a basic service this should not be happening!
I came in as a walk-in for a gel pedicure and thankfully they had me seated quickly. The girl who did my nails did a great job. I'm not sure her name, but she had shoulder length hair. She took her time and the pedicure was great! I got the minimum package and it still had the scrub and massage with lotion it was such a nice treat!
Learned about this business on the NextDoor app which was sad because I never knew they were so close to my house, and I use that shopping center weekly! Let's just say that after my first visit, I have continued to drive right past 2 other closer nail salons to me to enjoy the service these staff members deliver. My opinion... THE BEST pedicures in town! Splurge and get the nicer pedicure package, you won't regret it. The staff are all very friendly and pay great attention to detail.
