Fancy Nails in Temple Terrace, FL

terrible, was not a fan. The nail polish was see through, shaping was lopsided, design was not what was asked for. had made an appointment which they pushed back, then when rescheduled, had to wait an hour and a half to even get serviced. appointment was for 3 did not get seated until 4:30. when design was said to not be what i wanted, i was told it was too hard. i'm paying for it, so try don't tell me it's hard when it was 2 lines, so i had to ask multiple times to get it redone. will not be returning.

So I thought this would be a great experience today after a girlfriend recommended them to me. NOT! They charged me $10 over the cost on the menu and when I questioned it just got a that's the price. I said well you should tell people that before just running their card. Won't be back now. Shame they could have had a good customer. Rude. The pedicure was nice but customer service is unprofessional.

Mandy always does my nails so good! This is the only person that can actually do my nails exactly how I want them!!!!!! I highly recommend this place.

I do not recommend, this was the day before my graduation and I wanted a design but the lady didn't really know how to do it but she tried I didn't like it at all. So I just asked can she do white instead , still doesn't look good, So I just payed for it because I'm not a person that makes a scene , went home with glue all over my hands . DO NOT GO HERE.!!!

I am new to the area and went to this location about 3 weeks ago as a walk in. I spent about $95 in services & tip. I was happy with the service so I decided to go back .. I will NEVER go there again & here is why .. I went as a walk in around 1:15pm on a Friday. They were very busy & asked if I could come back at 3pm. I had no problem with this since I didn't have an appointment. I went and ran some other errands and came back a few minutes before 3pm. They told me it would be another few minutes. I told them no problem & I waited. In the meantime another lady came in & had a 3:15 appointment. They never said anything to me & allowed me to sit & wait. At 3:12pm they came over & told me they were too busy and I was too late! I know the exact time because I was so mad when they told me I was too late since I came before 3pm! I am not upset that they couldn't fit me in. I am upset that they told me to come back, let me sit there a good 20 minutes and then said they couldn't help me. I even waited a few days to leave this review so I could be fair. Bottom line, this is Tampa and there are too many other locations.
