Katy did an amazing job with my highlights! Placed in all the right places and really complimented the rest of my natural hair! Vinny did an amazing job recommending me a toner that would suit my complexion! I am so in love with hair best hair color and cut ive ever gotten!

Had a terrible experience today! When I booked the appointment, they told me she was very very good and she was I think Jamaican. I don't think her scissors were real sharp as the back of my hair is so raggedy. I couldn't believe it when I got home and looked at it Brought me to tears just about but it'll grow out in six months. In the meantime I really don't think I'd recommend these people. This was my third time going there and I've always gotten a good haircut. She also charge me $60 the last two times I went there was a 40 and $45 haircut. Don't understand what makes this different I have nothing more to add.

Please do not come here if you want good customer service. The first visit was chaotic and the stylist was overbooked. She offered free deep conditioner and discounts to the other customers but I was the patient one and had I not said anything she wouldn't have offered me the new customer discount. I decided to wait on a review in hopes of writing a redeeming review from my first experience. I am instantly regretting this choice. I booked with the same stylist and ended up with another one. This time the stylist suggested to cut off the dead ends...I asked for trim off of dead ends. She cut off so much hair that I can now barely put my hair in a ponytail. I was there from 1030am until nearly 3pm. The owner came in and said to come back to fix, however I do not feel comfortable nor did I have the time. I asked for a PARTIAL refund and she refused. I called and tried to resolve the issue and she kept interrupting me not listening and trying to tell me facts about lifting my hair and it depends on the hair type. Everytime I spoke she interrupted even when I told her I left the salon upset and crying. I got over the haircut but for both cut and color to be bad, I shouldn't have agreed to pay $320 and I still left a tip. She said I was not cooperating but all they can offer is to fix the toner. They do not do any refunds. The owner did not once apologize for the experience. As good customer service I would have at the minimum not even charged for the color service that did not turn out correctly. The owner said the stylist used the wrong toner. Long story short: do not waste your time here. Response to the owner: Vini, this proves my point even more. You still have YET to empathize or apologize. You've taken no accountability. You spoke over me on the phone I called calmly to find a reasonable solution. You kept cutting me off and did not even try once to listen. My schedule changed and so I could not come back in. I requested for PARTIAL refund for the coloring. You can blame yourself for Grace not getting another chance. You tried to ask me to come all the way across town on the day I flew out of town for work. That is the reason why I asked for again a PARTIAL refund because I would not be able to come back in. After you talking over me and blaming my hair and saying Asian hair doesn't lift, and telling me you never know how much time and then saying because you switched out products I just did not feel comfortable or come back for your business. Regarding my first visit, it was not another client adding services, please talk to Victoria, your system allowed for double booking and yet another stylist had to leave because of an emergency so she was left by her self. She offered the next person a deep conditioner and the college boy who came in received a college discount. It was chaotic and I felt bad so again that is why I did not write a bad review I wanted to wait to come back in and give Victoria another try. If you knew Victoria was not going to be there, why didn't I get a text or call saying she was going to be out and I was going to get a different stylist when I came in? Either way. Thank you for replying with false facts. I am not going to go back and forth with you. All I would have asked is that you took accountability and be understanding to the situation. I told you I didn't like it and both you and Grace blew me off and said you could fix it and that it would be alright. I paid and left a tip because that is the right thing to do. There was no where in the store or on your website that says no refunds. Again, folks, I am not bashing the stylists here...it is the owner. If something goes wrong understand you will not get a refund. She is rude and she will interrupt you. Understand that you lost my business because of you, not because I didn't want to come back or because of Grace or Victoria.

I will never go back!!! I have been living in Tampa for 8 years and I was going to Paris hair salon when Alex was still the owner, and Alex always did such a wonderful job on my hair. Now I cannot find her! Anyway, I went in and I wanted a balayage with a money piece. My appointment was set for 10:30 AM with Vini the new owner of this salon. She texted me 30 minutes before my appointment when I was already on my way, saying she wouldn't be there until 10;45. She didn't end up arriving at salon until 11:05. She quoted me 200 to help me stay within my budget which I appreciated! However, she started with my money piece made it too thin and went back in with the bleach , processing at 2 different times. Such a rookie mistake for someone that has 2 salons and has been doing hair for 14 years. Ridiculous. She told me that the price she gave me was without toner , after she already touched my hair. She did state that she didn't think I would need the toner because I had virgin hair , but I ended up needing it anyway because I have natural reds in my hair. She said it would be an extra 45. She ended up putting too much toner which at the 4th hour of me being there my hair was silver , it got so bad that I ended up in tears. I had already missed lunch , I've had nothing to drink as this lady has had me in this chair for 4 hours and my hair is silver? Like why do I look like this 4 hours in? I should've been done! This lady literally told me that my hair was the problem, I'm like what? I came in with a perfect canvas all virgin hair, no color in it at all and I have regular brown hair the easiest basic color. Anyway. Victoria, this kind sweet lady that was working there pretty much took over. Yeah, it was that bad. She tried to put clarifying shampoo in my hair to take out the silver, and she added in some baby highlights in to try and blend it together nicely. I was discussing with her briefly as she was fixing me up and calming me down and expressed how I feel like I should not have to pay for this because of all the trouble I have been through and honestly, it's not what I wanted! She agreed and said I should not have to pay for something that I didn't ask for and also stated she should've taken over a long time ago. So basically her Vinis fellow worker was agreeing with me, that she messed up! After Victoria finished with me in the sink she was going to finally dry and style my hair and Vini tried to take back over. At this point I did it want that last touching my hair. Vini was pushing for Victoria to get ready for her next appointment which in fact the person hasn't even arrived yet ( and actually never even came) and Victoria even said that so herself. I basically had to tell her "she is fine lmao she is going to finish me off her appointment isn't here yet.... Lol" Vini being argumentative replied "well when her 3 o'clock is here she will need to start getting ready." and I said "yeah go figure. " anyway, Victoria did the best she could with the time she had because at this it was 5:00PM I had been there all day and I was just ready to go. I got Victorias cash app and told her that I would cash app her for fixing me, but I'm not paying the 200 for this because it's not even worth it! I go to leave and gather my things and Vini is trying to charge me the $245 I told her I'm not paying for this? She said no you still have to pay for service and then if you want to come back next weekend we can fix it for you I said no like why should I pay for something that I didn't ask for and the service was horrible. After fighting back and fourth, I refused to pay and she threatened to call the cops. At that point I went crazy. I said no fuck that! You made appointment for 10:30, told me you were running late and that you weren't gonna be at salon until 10:45 didn't get there till 11:05, quoted me 200 halfway thought told me that it was going to be 245, I've been sitting in that chair all day. I've cried twice, and you want me to pay full price? She tried to settle with 225 I was like no! I shouldn't have to pay at all really I mean. You fucked my hair! She settled with 200 after going back and fourth for like 15 minutes. Ridiculous!!!!!!! Only reason why I paid is because I didn't want to get police involved she knew my first and last name and could've gotten my license plate. I will never ever return and I hope vinis career in hair goes downhill!!!!!!

Went in at 2 pm left around 5:30 pm because there was a double booking. I found the prices steep. I was not impressed by the cut or color. asked to have an inch cut off. More like 3. I wish RiAnna were available. She did amazing work. oh well time to move on.
