Fancy Nails in Melvindale, MI

The lady would not let me use a massage care because I was not getting a pedicure just my nails painted. This is the first place I've ever been to that doesn't give that level of customer service, and they are very slow today. Why deter business? They do not have a dryer for nails or toes after the polish is complete. And the work was sloppy :(

I took my 8 year old granddaughter there yesterday for a day out with me. The husband wife and mother started arguing. The mother was yelling at the top of her lung and the husband and wife were screaming back. The mother started pushing the son throwing thing and slamming draws. I told them to quit in front of the children and they went at it again about 10 minutes later. Terrible most unprofessional thing I've ever witnessed. Scared my granddaughter and They could of cared less. My nail look terrible. I will never go back worse experience I've ever had.

He didn't soak off the old set, he lifted them with a tip and snatched them off. I told him he hurts he let going. I ended up leaving mid service he cut me, over filed and tore up my cuticles with the electric file. He said I'd have to pay for a manicure if I wanted that damage fixed. Rushed me to choose polish, sloppy, rough and manhandled. Charged me an insane amount for little service. He was gonna put polish on the nails as they are pictured. You can even see the blood under the layover, from one of the cuts! I left without polish or finishing the service.

this place does not listen when you ask them to file your nail a certain way and will ignore you when you want to fix something on your nails. they do not completely paint the nails and rush with their work. they are RUDE and not polite. choose wisely

I came here on my lunch break and work remotely. The first thing the technician did was SNATCH my work phone from my hand and move. I told her I was working and to not touch my personal belongings. When I told her I did not want a manicure she immediately began being cold and hostile. She left polish all over my skin around my nails, became visibly upset that I wanted another coat because I felt it wasn't dark enough and kept talking about how she's been there for 14 years and "knows what she's doing" however treating others with common courtesy clearly was not learned in those past years. I will never go here again and will continue to tell ALL my friends to never come here.
