Excellent customer service, personable, efficient and dedicated to you as the client. My youngest daughter and I had our first pedicure together here and Isa went above and beyond for my 4 year old making her comfortable and happy. I too was treated very well, professional, it was a great experience. Will return and also try their other services.

Having just moved into the area I was in search for a great place to get my eyelash extensions done. I originally stumbled across Perlas on groupon and decided to book with them because of their great reviews on there. Surprisingly, their reviews on my holy grail Yelp were not impressive. My appointment was at 230 pm, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind and informed me that the person who would be doing my lashes was finishing up another client. The business itself is clean, other clients were there getting other services done so it was not very quiet. About 15 minutes later " Isa" came out and escorted me to the treatment room. She was very kind and informative and I felt comfortable being there which is very important to me, we talked and there definitely were no awkward silences. She also took her time and I never felt like she was in any way rushing me out which I have experienced before when visiting other places with a groupon. They offer other services there which I'm sure I'll be trying in the future and I will most definitely be back to see Isa for more fabulous lash extensions.

I had a Groupon. I made an appointment. I was in the waiting room for awhile. The lady at the reception desk kept disappearing and a few little kids were running around in the back. I waited for the nail tech to show up. She was 2 minutes at home. They kept telling me she was on her way. Needless to say, I left. I waiting at the reception desk and rang the bell. Finally, I told her I would be leaving. The whole experience was unprofessional. First impressions do matter. I highly suggest you go somewhere else.
