This was my first time here. I have to say I was disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very aggressive and kept hitting my hand telling me to relax my hand. I mean did it ever occur that my hands were tense for a reason due maybe a medical condition not to mention she burned my skin numerous times with that electric file. To add to it she could not find the color I chose so she offered another color in which looked nothing like it did on the sample nail. It should have been 3 times dipped but she only did it twice. It is very light and transparent and one of my fingers has absolutely no glitter in it. And then at the end she made a rude comment on how big my hands were compared to hers being that we are both of an Asian descent. She pointed at my hand and then at hers and said yours are so big. The icing on the cake is I paid $15 more here than I do at my normal nail shop. It was a lesson learned. Needless to say I will never go here again.

I called ahead, they took my appointment, and they weren't staff for it (when I arrived, I overheard a tech telling her customer and apologizing for this).
They weren't welcoming when I arrived. I waited over 15 min before someone assisted me to a pedicure station. It was another minute or two after given the menu and the polish selections (books), when a tech took one of the books from me to give her client. What?! I just got these.
I had enough. I placed my sandals back on, informed the person closest the door to please cancel my appointment, and left.
Unacceptable.
Time wasted but money well saved.
Still coming here one year later. Everyone is friendly and Bunny did my nails today. Gel manicure with rainbows just like my Pinterest photo. Thank you!
