If you are thinking about going to this place to get a Brazillian Blowout treatment i highly suggest you to look somewhere else or do not get it done with Morgan. She did a horrible job, my hair ended up as wavy as it was basically and even more hair frizz than before. Thank god i got it done before in the past twice with a professional stylist when i lived in texas and i can tell the difference between a good brazillian blowout treatment and a bad one. If you care about your hair, if you dont want to throw 200ish dollars away and dont want to waste ur time, do not go here or at least do not get the treatment done with the stylist named Morgan.

Dont believe anything this hair studio says.

I went two times.  Both times my hair was cut shorter on one side than the other.  In the middle of the back...the center was cut much shorter than the rest of my hair leaving a short flat spot.
I would not trust a third try.  Will never go back there.  
I asked for a basic cut which any beautician should be able to do without such glaring mistakes.

Amanda is super nice and provided a great haircut! They have convenient hours, are affordable, and are very friendly.

You know how your always afraid to try new Hairdresser? Well that's not the case at Serene Hair studio's. When I called to make my initial appointment with  Miss Amanda she said "why don't you come by and we'll sit down and will have a chat about what your expectations are". And I did just exactly that.  We talked in depth about my fears of a brand new hairdresser and what I wanted in a style. And then I went home and I thought about it and I called her and made an appointment. When I came in for my appointment we discussed my my expectations again . And can I tell you I, have the most beautiful asymmetrical haircut I have ever had. Miss Amanda used every tool that she had and every trick in the book. You must try the Serene Hair Studio , you will not be disappointed and you will feel like she's been doing your hair all your life. Take the fear away, make your appointment and come be very stylish with  MisAmanda!

I don't usually get into reviews and stuff, but this place deserves way more recognition. Serene is in a pretty unassuming building on South Brannon Stand Road, but inside its anything but. The decor is cozy and peaceful, and not as busy looking as some salons. The staff is courteous and very pleasant to speak to, and I genuinely felt welcome from the moment I stepped in. Amanda, my stylist, seems to honestly care about her work and was very persistent in making sure I liked how the haircut was going. I hate to swoon this much, but everyone there was really nice a fun to talk to. Of course though, I have to mention the actual haircut I went in with a scraggly mop of hair, and left with what I think is the best haircut I've gotten. Amanda definitely knows what she's doing and then some. Overall, my experience was terrific from start until finish, and I'll definitely be giving them all my future business.
