Me and my husband came here for the first time,, I got a full set short French tip (THE YOUNGER GUY DID MY NAILS)and he got a manicure with slack (THE LADY DID HIS NAILS),, they were clean, fast, nice, and quiet,, my experience was a 9 out of 10 and I 100% recommend
Went in for what I thought would be a relaxing pedicure. However, it turned out to be a horrible anxiety filled experience. Two (male) employees got into a heated argument. They were arguing back and forth about scheduling/calendaring or whatever as you can't understand what they are saying but essentially yelling at each other. One got up and attempted to show the other the calendar book. It was super uncomfortable. All the customers were looking at each other like what the heck is happening right now. The male that did my pedicure never spoke to me, super rude, and then I was overcharged from what the menu said by $10. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Arguing in front of your customers is very unprofessional. Horrible experience.
Do yourself a favor and read the multiple reviews I failed to. Horrible place and worst experience for many. They do not use a clean towel to put your hands on. Not even a towel period. The whole table felt like grit. At the end, she poured cuticle oil on my nails...and didn't rub it in. She literally just poured it onto my nails. And then she sent me to the sink to wash my hands. I was wondering if she was going to rub the oil into my fingernails but nope, she just poured it on. The menu board said, dip was $45 and she charged me $50. When I questioned her about it she said $45 is when you come in to get a refill. I said if I come in and get a refill you're going to charge me to take it off. It's $50 she said. I said show me on the board where it says $50. She said, we don't show it on the board. I said, you only say it? She said yes.
If I can provide any word of advice it is to not trust this location nor that they can fix any mistake they have made. This place is the worst of the worst. We're in town to visit my father and I had to get my nails done. Even though I typically only get Russian manicures, I decided to give it a shot. The first person didn't understand a word of English and continued to ruin my nails even after I repeatedly asked her if she was sure she could handle the shape and look I was requesting. She simply would nod her head and say yes, to agree with me. I noticed she wasn't even able to file my nails properly and the tools she pulled out were not sanitized items, so I told her just take the color off and only apply the new color -- there was no way I was going to trust her to actually do my cuticles after seeing her process. Error after error and her not understanding anything, I finally stopped her and the owner, "John", came over and yelled at her and then yelled at me -- he asked me to wait and said he would fix them and he did nothing to fix them but left them as awful as they were then told me it was my fault because I didn't tell her not to use clippers and to only use a file. If someone says just a tiny bit smaller, same shape, you would assume a professional knows what to do. He had a terrible attitude and was aggressive the entire time he was "fixing" his employees mistakes. He then finished up my toes and cut my toe, crested a super deep wound and did not even mention it or advise of it. I will now need to see my doctor to ensure there is no infection because their sanitation process also seems to be non-existent. There was zero accountability for their poor work or poor sanitation and nail process until it was time for me to tip and all he said was "I'm sorry for your nails." The right thing to do here would be to either fix to my liking as per my request or not charge for ruining my nails and not coming even close to the style I had requested. Awful nails and awful service.
$20 more for everything I get done at other nail salons. Also, the man who did my nails would pull my hand like he was annoyed.
