I went inside and was asked twice what service I would like. With only five people currently inside I was told there was no time for a shellac manicure and the person who told me quickly walked away.

I went to Q Nails for the first time today and really loved them! My nails look better than they have in years - I'm "firing" my old salon because I got tired of poor treatment, huge increase in prices and random good nails/bad nails. The folks at Q Nails were very nice and quick, but with great quality. I will absolutely be returning!
Just went in on my lunch break and was back out in an hour... I wish I would've got the name of the lady who did these!! Beautifully done. So many salons mess up coffin nails but she did these PERFECTLY! $50 with a tip for shellac perfectly done coffin. Don't care! She was amazing. Would pay $50 every time. Their cuticle oil smells amazing too
Not the most outstanding nail salon there is but it's consistent. They do well on the overall look of the nails. However; they don't go above and beyond. They aren't extremely friendly- they dont give you water and they don't turn on their TVs. Many salons want you to experience the utmost comfort and provide these kinds of ammenities. My last visit- they made me bleed twice. Once on my toe and once on my finger. I'm pretty passive and it was just a couple nicks so I didn't say anything. Also I ended up spending twice as long in the salon because they didn't do my manicure the same time they did my toes. Not a big deal because sometimes I do prefer to take my time. However this time- I was just in a little bit of a time crunch. Overall though my nails look great and I payed about 60$ for shellac mani and pedi. I'll be back when I also have other things to do in the mall!
