To start off the lady yelled at me and kept saying I need to do a new design, shaped my nails wrong and could not understand her don't recommend going
I got my toes and nails done. After getting my acrylic nails done (they were burning while putting on the acrylic because he applied glue, dipped the tip in alcohol then applied to my nail) it was burning. I called to ask to get a refund (the other girls in my group also had a burning issue) and they told me to come back and they would "talk with me about it" and "see what they can do." Coming from someone who gets their nails done often, she told me it's because I have sensitive skin, which is inaccurate for someone who gets acrylics every 4 weeks. I tried to go to another salon my friend was interested in going to And I regret it. So disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for my fingers burning and bright red.
I went to the salon 2 weeks ago and got a full set. The put me at a table and then I sat and waited 20 minutes while they ate in the back. My nails were not straight and you could see dips in the acrylic. I asked her to fix it and she said nothing was wrong. I sucked it up and came back 2 weeks later for a rebase and the man that did my nails made then extremely thin. The same day I chipped a nail and one completely snapped off because of how thin they were. I went back in and instead of trying to fix it he said he didn't make them thin and wouldn't fix it. I ended up having to go to a new salon and paying for a new set to be done again. Worst waste of money ever. Do not recommend at all. The worst customer service and worst nail job I have ever received. Do not recommend.
after a week the nails started to lift and fall off, i called to see if they could fix it for me and was told yes but when i went in they wanted to charge me $40 !! I had already paid $70 plus tip on this set , not happy with this since it was the techs error in application of the nails that led to the situation.
