First time visit to the Villa Rica salon. Wait time wasn't bad; maybe 15 minutes. Rochelle cut my hair. She took her time, didn't rush, and listened to what I wanted. She was polite and easy to talk to. Best haircut I've had in years. Very well pleased with the whole experience. As long as Rochelle is there, I'll be back.

My husband called on Wednesday, December 9th and made an appointment for 10:30am on Thursday, December 10th. Their listed hours say they open at 10:00am. He arrived at 10:25am but the door was locked, lights were out and no one was there. He waited until 10:45am but no one showed up. He never got a call. Nothing.

What a joke of an experience. I walked in at 4 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon not a single customer in there except the two that were with the stylists, toddler running around. Not one employee spoke to me. I got up walked out and went to Smart Styles!
