Great Clips in Villa Rica, GA

I went to get a trim on Wednesday night while sitting in my chair the lady started trimming my hair , my hair was pretty long, I went to just get trim and I wanted her to put a layer in and I saw her look at one side of my hair and sigh.... I should've said something right then and there, when I saw her do that, when she finally got done and I was still trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and I still kept my mouth shut when I should've said something. I had to actually make her stop cutting my hair because she actually did not know what to do and when she was spoke she was mumbling the entire time and I couldn't understand a word she was saying. One Half of my hair is all the way up to my chin, while the other half is below it and it is very long in the middle of my back if that makes sense... all I know is she chopped the heck out of my hair. I went back to get a refund and they refused she said that service was already done and they said that they could fix it for me. But I said hell no and got the hell out of there. All I know... something was very disturbing wrong with that young lady and I feel bad for her but if you can't cut somebody's hair and you're only used to cutting men's and boys hair then you shouldn't take that challenge and actually should not be cutting hair ....why take a chance and ruin somebody's hair!? Just be truthful and say I'm sorry but I don't feel comfortable doing this. AND don't be a cheapskate and not return the money to the customer and own up to your responsibility when you screw somebody's hair up how about that? Women do not go here for a trim ...don't screw your hair up spend more money and go somewhere else. Learn my lesson the hard way. @ mirror lake GClips

Been a customer at this location for 10 years. Have always had a great experience. And best of all Hannah S. Always does a great job on my hair highly recommend.

I dont know how to feel about this place to be honest . They have a system where you checkin so if you have a barber you like it's just random . I have only been to this location twice and both time I had sort of different experiences . First visit was honestly pretty good and was satisfied with the outcome of what I was aiming for . I felt it was strange that I was cut so quickly though once I sat in the chair after my wait . But again it looked good and was happy with the cut . The second time was a bit different, I checked in online so I didnt have to wait so long . I asked to get just my sides cut and it still seemed longer than what I requested . She acted like she used the wrong clip and went over it once more . The 2nd time seemed even more rushed though . Idk if that's the style of this place to try and go thru people as quickly as possible. But in my opinion that is pretty poor service and never translates to a good haircut . So in conclusion if you want a fast haircut this might just be your place to checkout but I dont know if I will return .

I told my hair dresser I wanted a trim on the sides and for her to leave the top alone because I'm growing it out, I also showed her three different pictures of the way I wear my hear and how long I wanted. She didn't listen to a word I said and she cut the top before I could say anythingm

Great staff and satisfied even I leave. Nick does a great job and one of the few people I trust with cutting my hair.
