Pure garbage, Never again! not very welcoming and I paid 60.00 for ambre nails and they popped off the same day
I have been here several times. Several pedis, a mani, gel, and today pedi and powder dip. It was my last visit. It didn't look clean and to be honest, the cuticle trimmer was in a dirty plastic box with other used tools and the lady poured something over it. The prices have been changed by just marking the pedi choices up $10. This is a pretty significant increase in the price of a pedicure. The powder I fill ended up being $52 which was ridiculous. Consequently, I didn't leave a tip after paying $97. Usually I tip 20%. Tech tables were covered in caked grit and nail dust, the soap dispenser was in piece and the owner watched tv while servicing clients. I just can't spend my hard earned money there any more.
When I walked in a guy was sitting there and asked me what I wanted done. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted which was ombre with deep glitter. He started talking to the lady in another language I assume explaining to here what I wanted and he showed her the picture. She started on my nails and never said a word. Another worker walked in and she talked to her the whole time barely paying attention to what she was doing which resulted in her cutting two fingers with the nail drill which was bleeding and she never once said anything. Once she was done my nails looked horrible. It didn't even almost look like the picture I showed them. When I left I couldn't stop obsessing over how ugly my nails were and I went to another nail salon to have them fixed. I will never go back to this nail salon. I regret paying them for such horrible work that I had to go pay someone else to remove!
