So when I got there my friend and I waited what felt like FOREVER to be seen. They finally seated us on opposite sides of the room and I was the first to be seen. The man that did my nails put ZERO care into them. He filed into my skin so I yanked my hand back telling him it hurt, and without a word, he yanked my hand back towards him and continued to file. When we were through, I had acrylic gel and nail glue all over my finger tips and there was build up of acrylic gel under the tips of the nails itself. By the time I was through, my friend had finally been seen by someone. I decided I did not want the nails after three days of having them on, so I went to get them removed. They had a hard time removing them since they were GLUED TO MY SKIN. Oh no, gluing it to my nail wasn't enough. Removing one of them took some skin with it. I will NEVER go back here.
First, I waited for an hour to be pampered. I was gifted a pedicure and really wanted to enjoy some relaxation for my birthday. My experience with Jasmine was short (15 minutes) and very rushed. I couldn't even enjoy myself with as fast as she she worked. She sawed my feet, pounded my legs and feet like meat tenderizer, and showed everyone around the crust that came off of my feet. All while watching my sister get her luxury treatment and great service. Happy birthday to me!
It depends on the tech you get. I went in and was given to someone else who did a terrible job. When she asked how did she do i said terrible she tells me I do great next time. What about now. I already don't have time to come sit for hours now u taking my money. I've totally given up on getting an overlay on my nails bc no one wants to do what they are asked
Worst pedicure ever! What's the point of using a liner only to put the customer's clean feet back in the tub without it?! The tech had on glasses, but clearly needed a new prescription because he messed up the shape of my nails, did not clean the cuticles properly, and left cotton ball fuzz on my toes and tried to paint over it! I gave him 2 chances, and then I had to call the manager so she could fix his mess. And she didn't do any better! Don't waste your money or time!
