PT Nails & Spa in McComb, MS

I was greeted by a warm welcome,  was service with urgency , and the environment was professional with a Zen Vibe !

The guy that service me was very focused and attentive to my needs and wants throughout the service !

Best nail shop ever! Everyone was super friendly. Very clean and relaxing! I'll definitely be back! Carlos did my mani pedi and did an amazing job! I've never loved my nails more!! Thank you!

I had a pedicure and the wife had both manicure and pedicure.  We were both well satisfied.  People are nice and polite.  Never had a problem here.

Only reason I don't give five stars is because she nicked me twice doing my manicure. And it did take quite some time as well. My feet sat in the water for my pedicure for a really long time. But I was happy with the outcome of my pretty nails and get the cucumber jasmine pedicure, it's the way to go!!

I just left this salon today ,and literally was verbally attacked because, I decided  to cancel a transaction for a bad nail services a few months ago. He  (the owner) didn't care to apologize for the bad service I had received on 2 visits, all he cared to say to me was you should have come back, ummm NO SIR, it should've been correct the first time. I WILL not pay my hard earned money to an establishment who disrespects their clients firstly. Secondly, I explained, that I will not make it an effort to come back to your business to have services fixed because my nails should have been done properly the first time. I have had many bad nail
salon service experiences, and at that point, I was really overwhelmed with having to deal with the same situation. I also explained, that I was not available to just swing back by the salon and it would be very inconvenient. He didn't want to hear my explanation but, if you provide quality nail services initially that would not be a problem for either parties involved. Because they are a new establishment, (had not been open for a year yet) I decided not to post a review initially because, I believe in giving chances. Now I'm not going to go out my way to come back to get something fixed, but I will come back and try services with a different technician.  

I judge the quality based on longevity of my nails and durability.
I literally had them done and the next day, the polish started chipping and they were not completely filled in which left small gaps between, my nail bee and the acrylic. A few days later I noticed, my nails were not polished completely, and therefore the entire manicure was in jeopardy at that point. Nail services are expensive, and in the last 2 visits, the quality is lacking. We pay good money for our services so my nails should definitely last longer than the times they did. Secondly, my pedicure, the toes had been poorly filed down and they started to chip and I also noticed that the polish didn't completely cover the entirety of my toes. They were half polished once again.

Upon this last and FINAL VISIT, I decided to get my toes done for a wedding, and I also wanted to see if, they had another technician. There was a new guy so i decided to give him a try, and he did my nails well finally!! But after being verbally attacked as I  heading to my car, with no courtesy or thought to hear my perspective, I bid this business a farewell !!!
This whole situation is actually really confusing because, you recognized me, knew you had something you wanted to inquire about, but instead you let me get a pedicure, dry, checkout and then decided to approach me as I was getting into my car!!!!!! That's insane to me, like i can't believe that actually happened!!

Never again!! I do not recommend!!!
