Drove all the way to the appt this morning and stylist Kara didn't show up for work. no phone call or notice to let me know either. this is the 2nd time it's happened with Faded (last time at Palomar location). So disrespecting. If you're sick then notify the customer!!!
A few minutes late for my appointment because of traffic and get told that they don't have time now... literally 6 minutes late and was told they have a 5 min late policy even though almost every time I come I end up waiting 10 plus minutes for my appointment anyways... I'd understand if I was 15-20 minutes late but that's just ridiculous. No where online does it say anything about a 5 minute policy so assuming they just wanted to be difficult for no reason. And low key they never even do that great of a job I just go here cause it's cheap and SLIGHTLY better than great clips. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.
