Face Appeal Wellness Center and Spa in New Baltimore, MI

Tried this location out about a year ago for a free facial. You could tell she was trying to up sell her products and continued to say how stressed my skin appeared to look. I normally leave a facial feeling so relax and confident, however the whole experience was uncomfortable. Won't be back.

Heather goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy as a customer. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely give Face Appeal a try

I've gone in for a facial and felt very welcomed and refreshed while there. Lovely receptionist and then Heather with her bubbly personality made me feel welcomed and comfortable as she treated my skin. Have also gotten readings done by her. Very thorough and fun. Highly recommend

Love Face Appeal! The owner, Heather is a very caring, delightful person. Her services are reasonably priced and effective. I had Skin Tightening done on my face, shaved 10 years off my appearance. The Midwest Laser Institute teaches the student to walk out, career ready! In addition, I have had readings with Heather. She is a natural medium and gave me significant insights. She told me things she could not possibly known...truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend that anyone in need of her services should not hesitate. You will not be disappointed!!

Quite honestly, I'm not even sure if this is really the name of the place. Someone texted me from here after I left a voice mail, after buying a groupon. I say someone because they never gave me their name. The groupon is under the name dermaskin spa. They only ever text. They also marked it redeemed before I even went. I did need to reschedule once, i was ill. Then i made an appt and she had to cancel. This place is an hour away from me so i asked if I could get a refund. I was told no. She would not move heaven and earth for me only because she rescheduled. I told her the entire thing was shady. She I'm the one with the tattoo that needs taking care of, not her. Basic customer service was lacking. I'm not letting a woman with this attitude put a laser on my body. Avoid, avoid.
