April was such a joy to work with. She was so pleasant, so fun & made all of us look stunning. I was hesitant about the value of having our make up done professionally but April provided an outstanding amount of value. Hair, make up & spray tanning! Had a great trial with Sherri today! She is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable while she listens intently to what you are looking for. The prices are also very reasonable. What I thought was fantastic was how open Sherri was when I brought up the other review on here that is bad (only one experience-the other bad review is the same woman's husband). She explained the situation very well and the bride did not tell the whole story. Give Sherri a chance and you won't be disappointed. :)
Unprofessional, unaccountable, and greedy. The only thing that went wrong with our wedding. After you pay them don't expect any accommodations or service. If you don't want wedding stress then don't hire this company
Unfortunately I had to leave one star because zero wasn't an option. I was cancelled on by Sherri the morning of my wedding day. The owner April and her mom stepped in and fixed my hair that day. However, she was unapologetic, she refused to refund me for my two hair trials, and she charged me on the day of. After I got back from my honeymoon I had to contact them first and they continued to argue their side of the story instead of accommodating me or attempting to refund any of my money. I would NEVER recommend using Faccia Bella. They continue to tell me they work on reputation and their reputation is unaccountable, greedy, and unprofessional. I hope they really needed my $200!!!
