We had an appointment to get both my my daughters' hair cut and colored before they go back school. It was scheduled for 12:00 pm on Sunday. I called at 11:40 am letting them know that we might be about 5-10 min late since we're driving 35 min to get there. Zach said "no problem at all!". We arrived at 12:05 pm and were told that their water has been contaminated and that they can not provide any services. I understand that it's not their fault and it is what it is. However, it's upsetting that when I called I was not told that and that I drove from Black Forest all the way to the other side of Colorado Springs. Also, they promised me to call me back as soon as it's back up. I made sure they had my phone number and here we are 3 days later and still no call back. Lol oh well... we found someone else to help us out.
if you're looking for a children's cut this is NOT the place. I didn't get a good look at it till I got home (he was sitting on my lap during the service). It looks like I tried to cut it myself I'm very disappointed and very frustrated. I really would've preferred that the stylist just tell me she's not comfortable cutting children's hair instead of botching it up, very unprofessional on their end. They don't offer refunds but they did offer a free follow up with a different stylist. I declined, I really don't trust this place anymore.
I visited this location midway through my vacation for a wash and blow out. Jessica was fabulous and beautified my 'mop' for the remainder of my vacation. Thank you Jessica!
I went with my well-behaved 3 year-old daughter and the owner told us to leave because they have an "absolutely no children policy". She made my daughter cry, she was rude and unpleasant. Horrible experience.
The salon allowed me to get an appointment on such short notice when I was in Colorado Springs for work. The salon was well maintained, protocols are in place for COVID and followed. The staff was kind and so professional. Overall phenomenal experience! I'll be back if I'm ever in the area again.
