Extra Nail in Florissant, MO

I love this place. I've been going here for 10 years. Since I moved out of the area 7 years ago, I've tried 4 different nail places. None compared to this place. Others charge way too much for bad service, but I feel Extra Nail is reasonable.
I'll continue to drive 20 minutes just to get my nails done here.

I needed to try a new nail salon and this one was close so I figured let's try it.  Location is convenient, parking is plentiful and work hrs are available 7 days a week .

Walking in staff was very friendly. It was a wait time but nothing to complain about YET. I got an overlay set. The male technician was very professional, vocal and precise.

Pricing is average. I will definitely go back for a pedicure and eyebrow wax.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I been going to this shop for over 3 years. My usual nail tech was not in(she moved to the Southside and no longer works there to find out, great for her because that place is beneath her). So they told me appointment only. They wasn't busy, only one customer was there getting a pedi. So when I pointed at the sign that says walk ins. The owner comes and tell me no one wants to do my nails. Never had any words with any nail tech, never skipped a bill and i always tip my nail techs. So i asked y? And she told me I want too much done. Joke right. Nope, they was serious lol the nail techs there now are the worst. The male tech talks all day and his work looks like a 1st grader painted your nails. All the techs there are lazy, they really only want to service people who are getting manicures (less work). Your nails will be uneven, crooked and lumpy.. Fair warning go some where else

Asked if they had white acrylic and they said yes and then once my nails were on I was told they only have white nail polish. It looked super chunky and bad and I said I wanted ombré and when the glitter layer didn't look good at all he blamed the nail shape. Then when I just asked him to fix the color he said that's too many layers. Then I asked if he could take off the white he said no. He pretty much just yelled at me and didn't do anything I asked.

Was my go to place until i realized how they treat people unfairly. I got there at 9am when they opened. I waited 30 mins  then got my toes repainted. Then i was suppose to be next to get my nails done, but a woman who had just walked in with no appointment requested a certain worker, who was almost free. So that woman gets to go before me because she wanted that particular worker. Apparently it doesn't matter how long you've been waiting if someone walks in and request a certain worker then as soon as that worker is free they take the person that requested them not the person who should be next... i was in a rush to be at a funeral, and got there when they opened! Wasted an hour to be pushed aside. So i will be going else where to get my mani and pedi.
