If I could give zero stars I would. hey ruined my hair. They were supposed to dye it a medium blonde but I left with an ugly dark brown and did not take out a faded green. As a natural blonde I look absolutely horrible. I was promised a refund and they refuse to give it to me. Pat doesn't know the difference between blonde and brown and neon green to faded green. Pat clearly needs to go back to cosmetology school. Chelsea's salon was able to fix their mistakes and remove the ugly brown, the faded green, and keep a natural looking blonde.

I went into shop this morning with a picture of the side of my hair asking if they had anyone that could do this cut. Oh yes, said she. Well she kept cutting cutting and cutting. I told her 4 times, you are getting it to short in the crown. She would not listen kept telling me she had to cut it this sort to get the style I wanted. She would not listen and argued with me when I told her it was to short. I got up took the cape off and walked out. DO NOT GO HERE

The first time I had my haircut it was ok for the price. The next time I went in for a cut I took a photo and told the stylist that i wanted a feminine curly haircut with fullness in the back. The stylist has a mind of her own. When she pick up the electric clippers I questioned what she was going to do. she told me that clippers were used for the hairstyle that i wanted. i've never had clippers used for that curly hairstyle. I should have walked out of the salon....instead I let her continue with the cut. I ENDED UP WITH A BAD MASCULINE LOOKING HAIRCUT, GONE WERE MY NATURAL CURLS. Lesson learned! I will not return to this salon.

I went in for a wash and a blow out. I have curly hair so for special events I like to get it styled straight. The process took over an hour and left me with frizzy looking hair. When I complained, I was told this was because I have curly hair to begin with. I've had my hair blown out at several other salons around Tally including Haute Headz and Aveda with wonderful results. The price for this disappointment was $28. I'm now running late for my event and have terrible hair that I've already put up into a bun. I will not be returning.
