Worst haircut I've ever gotten. I'd leave no stars if I could. Worst experience at a salon/ hair cutting establishment I've ever had. They straight up ruined my hair. Stopped in yesterday for a walk in haircut, the lady at the desk said come back in two hours.. I came back, and I did not know I would be subject to a cosmetology students training session!!!!.. *2 and a half hours later * they somehow finished ,with the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I thought they were pranking me. The girl who first sat me down, I could tell she did not know how to cut hair before she even grabbed the scissors. My mistake for not following my gut intuition. She had to have 4 of her colleagues help her during a basic men's haircut session. And it still looks bad. I had 2-3 photos a reference and they couldn't even get it right. They kept on cutting and cutting and saying "ok you're done" and I'm like for real? This looks terrible..... multiple times throughout the somehow 2 and a half hour haircut that happened . Finally, when there was no more hair to cut, the finished product was the goofiest most silliest kindergarten army ranger junior haircut of all time. Super patchy, uneven and just straight up bad. Like a blind person high on weed cut my hair. Farrr from what I asked for, far from what the reference photos I had showed. But the biggest bummer is the lady at the front desk didn't tell me the girl who would be cutting my hair didn't know how to cut hair!!!! The gross negligence and deceitful trickery of her not letting me know I was the test subject to a cosmetology students training course is disgusting. I hate to leave reviews but the whole experience was so bad and they messed up my hair so bad . Yawl straight up suck!!!! Thanks for messing up my hair with unqualified people and still making me pay..

It was my first visit to this salon, and I will say Brittany had amazing service and I am more than happy with my results. My hair is healthy and feels great! Brittany is so friendly and easy to talk to. She was very helpful with all of the questions I had. 10/10 recommend!

Worst hair cut and hair color in my life. Stay away. Gave her a chance to fix my hair and left with even a worse job. Stay away.

I would give zero stars if I I asked for my natural color root to be matched with a bayalage& for my extensions to be matched. I wanted my roots to be matched so I could grow out my hair and minimize damage. My extensions did not at all match my natural hair. You could clearly see the difference. I messaged my stylist to have the problem fixed once I returned from a vacation. The extensions were somewhat fixed. But now over processed & I can only wear them with a curled style. When returning to have the mistake correct I was under no impression this was a second 'process' I just wanted what I asked & paid for to be corrected. when ready to leave the receptionist (come to find out the actual owner) rang me out for another $65. Now I have paid in total $200 for extensions & $250 for color now another $65 to have a mistake corrected? The owner told me 'she could get Kaylee so I could talk to her' extremely manipulative & unprofessional. She is the owner? Why wouldn't she take care of it? I later texted Kaylee about being upset and she told me to contact the front desk. The next day the owner called me & said the most horrible things such as "it's my fault my hair turned out bad" & "I'm the type to want a free service" I already had made follow up appointments to continue at this salon despite the mistake (to avoid a long drive home to my regular specialist) I've waited to write this to see if my roots even match the color put into my head & they don't. So now I'll have to damage my hair more to get it to the lighter color it actually is. AVOID she knows college students who want to avoid driving home will come here. Every year a new batch of freshman to use as pay pigs & destroy their locks. After asking around school I found out most girls go once and never return. I feel bad for her stylists who she cares little for based off how she treats their clients. Waste of time & money.

I went here to get my acrylic nail removed since I always have a hard time doing it myself. I guess the lady didn't know that I wanted them removed because she started grooming my nails. When I told her I wanted them off, she said she didn't know how to do that ??? How do you work at a nail salon and not know how to remove nails?? She had to keep asking a worker next to her what to do and I guess there was no one else available to help her. She had another client coming in, and was basically complaining right in front of me. What should've took 20 minutes turned into an hour and a half of my time. At one point I just felt bad and said whatever it's fine, EVEN THOUGH SOME OF THE ACRYLIC WAS STILL ON and my nails just looked horrible. She also ended up not giving me a discount, not saying she should've, but why would I pay the full price of something that didn't even get done....? I usually don't leave reviews but this experience was just awful and I paid 20 dollars for a waste of my time.
