I've been in Roswell for 3 years and have gotten two very very bad haircuts! One from Acaro on canton st and the other I can't even remember the salon name (lucky!). Euro Salon, while not fancy or anything has an amazing incredibly experienced stylist I had the pleasure of meeting today while desperately looking for an immediate appointment for cut and color. I have wavy/curly, very thick and A LOT of hair and most people just have no idea how to handle thick wavy/curly hair. Joanne was a champ! She gave me the advice I needed for the health of my hair, gave me a wonderful haircut, was polite about the fact that I was working most of the time so didn't engage in a ton of conversation unless my laptop was closed, and even then, she was just letting me relax. The price.... my jaw dropped after her amazing work and incredibly reasonable pricing. I tipped her exceptionally well. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I'm über picky about my hair... this lady knows her stuff! I found my hairstylist!!!!! I love my hair cut love my color. Definitely a loyal costumer from now on.
Heng is a color virtuoso. But the owner of the salon is extremely RUDE!!!! So Heng gets 10 stars but she ruins the salon review! She makes you feel extremely unwelcome, while has 0 respect for social distancing when she comes to yell at you to wear your mask properly!!! This Covid situation has unleashed some awful people and makes them feel like they are the boss of you! Meanwhile I'm still a paying customer!!! But her customer service is abysmal!!!! Forget about greeting or anything like that! Horrible person! Again, Heng is amazing, but she doesn't deserve any stars!
