I would give this salon zero stars if it were possible, and the reason is because of Oxana, the owner. Since she opened the salon in Sandy Springs, she has become a very despotic and arrogant person. Thanks G-D I went back to Balance Hair Salon in Dunwoody. That is the BEST salon in the state of Georgia. . I did my hair with an European stylist and she did an amazing job. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a haircut and showed pictures just to give an idea of what I wanted. I did specify that I wanted my hair a certain length Cynthia was my stylist and she cut my hair too long so before she was done blow drying I told her that it was too long. She told me that because of the haircut that it would just look better that way. so when she finished, I told her again that it was too long. She seemed annoyed and she already had another client waiting. He was a regular. I could tell and she kind of rushed through my haircut. My layers were horrible. especially in the back but I didn't realize until I was trying to style my hair on my own. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed because it was my birthday and I couldn't wait another day to get it fixed as I already had plans for the day. I called back to complain because I was so annoyed that I had to pay $100 for a haircut that I didn't like and then go somewhere else to have someone else fix the bad job that she had done. Then got a phone call from her and she tried to make it seem like it was my fault saying that the pictures I showed her were all different and that nothing could be done at this point and that she cut my hair three times which was completely false. I never told her to cut my hair three times. I told her that it was too long before she was finished and because she is the stylist I trusted her word.

I was a client of this salon for over 2 years and see Suzanna. I recommended to several friends, but unfortunately will not do so anymore. My mother paid almost 700 DOLLARS for ONE service. They were not able to achieve the color she wanted to begin with, and had to go back to get it all back to her old color and was charged AGAIN for their error, plus an extra 60 dollars for product used. Two months later, tried to schedule a touch up with same stylist and after multiple attempts, I get a text message back saying that the stylist didn't think she was a good fit and good luck. Very unprofessional and way too pricey for what they can do. Didn't even recommend someone else in the salon, and just like that, dropped a client who had been seeing her for couple of years and a new one who had just started going to them. Called the owner but she never called back. On to a better salon where the customer comes first Owner replied to my google review with incorrect information. So this is my reply: *****UPDATE: unfortunately I believe you are misinformed. I was in fact CHARGED for the second service when my color wasn't perfect. I was charged 181.00 dollars after 450 dollars the first service. Not only that, during the second service I was told i need to pay an extra 60 for product. Not counting the 90 dollars tip! So yes, after all that money, clients want their hair perfect. Like you mentioned, it went to platinum blonde. That was not the color we were after. Let me know if you would like a screenshot of the charges in my account totaling 631 dollars plus 90 tip, as well as my orange burnt hair the very next day after the coloring service. Good luck.
